I am a qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and I teach in the Cheltenham area. My aim is for each of my students to leave class feeling revitalised, calm and centred.
I offer friendly, welcoming, mixed-ability yoga classes and events in and around Cheltenham. These include flow yoga, chair yoga and candlelit yoga classes, and yoga retreats; designed to improve both mental and physical well-being.
Yoga is an ancient practice that includes breathwork, meditation and physical postures; to help us quieten the chatter of the mind and live a healthier, happier life.
