Our thoughtfully designed programme uses yoga, breathwork, meditation, nature and delicious food, to ensure you leave your everyday life at the door, take a breather and quieten your busy mind.
Our venue for the day is a picturesque, rural lodge nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Cotswolds. On arrival, you will instantly feel comforted and at ease; immersed in rolling green farmland, big sky and birdsong.
We start the day with a rejuvenating, flowing yoga practice; moving with your breath to reconnect to the present moment and harnessing some Spring energy to uplift your mind and body.
We will then recharge with a healthy, freshly-prepared, nourishing lunch using locally-sourced, sustainable produce.
After this we will head off for a refreshing guided walk (optional); exploring nature in the beautiful local countryside of the Coln Valley.
On arrival back at the lodge, you will have a moment of self-reflection on the progress you have made so far. Then we slowly take the energy levels down with a gentle, relaxing yoga and meditation session; designed to melt any tension and thoroughly calm your mind and body.
We round off the day with a hot drink and a sweet treat to soothe your soul even further! You will leave us feeling totally revitalised, grounded and realigned.
If you are in need of a re-set, or would like to treat yourself to some well-deserved you-time, please book your place via our online form, or get in touch to find out more.
